Bad service from Eros Florists

12 August 2019 I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday today at 8h35 from Eros Florist. The flowers were not delivered by 15h15 and my sister had already left her business. I cancelled the order. This is a HUGE dissapointment. I am not from Pretoria and re**** on Eros florists to deliver on my behalf and also not cheap...R90 delivery cost, to whicn I agree, for a delivery within 1 km. It's a NO NO from me for service. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Karolien Euvrard
