Extremely Disappointing Experience: Zero rating
We contacted fast fix appliances and they sent Ernie' cooling system to repair the sensor on our Samsung fridge. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward repair turned into an absolute nightmare. Our fridge was working perfectly fine before they got involved, apart from the sensor issue. Instead of addressing the original problem, we were told that the fridge needed a service and a gas refill. We agreed and paid for the service and gas. However, immediately afterwards, our fridge stopped cooling and freezing altogether! When we contacted them to report the problem, the diagnosis suddenly changed to a faulty compressor. We paid for a brand-new compressor, only for the fridge to still not work. They returned again, and this time we were told it was the fridge fans. Despite all these additional repairs and expenses, the fridge STILL did not work. Eventually, they simply gave up, leaving us with a completely non-functional fridge and no proper resolution. We are now being given the runaround instead of receiving accountability for the work they have been paid to do. We contacted them to fix one specific issue and ended up with a fridge that no longer works at all, after spending money on multiple repairs that achieved absolutely nothing. The lack of professionalism, accountability and proper workmanship has been incredibly disappointing. A service provider should stand behind their work, not keep changing diagnoses, charging customers for additional repairs and eventually walking away from the problem. If the people dealing with you are Jerome, Ernie or Mike, I would strongly advise you to think twice before proceeding. Our experience dealing with them has been absolutely appalling. We would NOT recommend Fast Fix Appliances or Ernie's cooling systems. Our experience has been extremely costly, stressful and disappointing.
