Nightmares with a so called plumber

Mr Arlow did work on a house we we renovating and did a lot of damage and shoddy work. He in fact did none of the work and had unqualified employees do the work. He broke walls to find pipes instead of making use of a pipe detector. His work is shoddy and below par. He falsely presented himself as being a member of IOPSA and an accredited plumber. Thus man should not be allowed to advertise himself as a plumber.
