Still waiting for my title deed

I have bought an RDP house and used the services of Ernest Mahanke Attorneys. The house was bought in 2014, the attoney received his payment for the service, but to date I have haven't received the title deed. I don't even get any correspondence from the attorney regard the progress of the tittle deed. When I call the attorney it just rings and he doesn't return my calls. He is never available at the office.
