take your money then dont deliver

We ordered a 6kw inverter for the amount of R16000.00, they told us that the money must reflect in their account which took longer than normal , then they were shipping the parcel down sent us tracking no which does not exist, courier company says they don't even have an account there , we requested waybill and no one there seems to know what a waybill is. I think it is a disgrace and the staff there are very unprofessional, we have been promised a full refund on Monday but will see as he is adamant that the parcel was sent. we will be opening a case of ***** on Monday as we have all the email evidence if the money does not reflect Monday morning.
