Shocking Service

I purchased a Solar Geyser on 7 August 2019, paid for it as well as the extra courier fees I was asked to pay. Too date now 02 October 2019 still waiting for the Waybill. Isaac the CEO of the company promised me the waybill by 27 September 2019, nothing. I had to phone me as he could not bother phoning me. He also sent me a Waybill 4 weeks ago but guess what, it was invalid. When queried no apology was given. So this is a warning to all out there beware of this Company as they don't honor their promises. I was promised that I would get the Waybill today 02 October 2019. Waiting for this to happen but I am not holding my breath.
