Faulty items supp**** and given the runariound

Bunch of ***** - each and every one I have dealt with. I bought a lot of LED lights with the promise its good quality and exchange no problem if they should fail - most all of them had to be replaced after about a week' use only. I started insisting they test it in front of me before I leave when the exchange it and discovered about 40% of the new units they wanted to give me is faulty right out the box!. So now they start blaming me and my installations saying the supplier must honour the guarantee and they take my lights (10 units in total) and send it off supposedly to the supplier. Been more than 45 days now and still my lights have not been returned to me and I have had yet another 3 fail on me too. So I am out of both my money and my lights and still I am told by every body I deal with its high priority, but when I next call to complain I am told that guy is fired and I am then put onto the next new guy that knows nothing about anything ... and so it goes on for 4 times in a row now<br> <br> Stay far away from this bunch - you will most surely waste your money and travel time back and forth trying to get your promised and paid for value for money
