**** batteries sold

We purchased a large consignment of gel batteries at the beginning of the year, after the sales consultant confirmed on numerous occasions that the batteries were correct as advertised: gel batteries. Upon receipt we discovered the batteries to be normal, cheaper styled gel batteries. When we tried contacting them, the sales consultant refused to respond.<br> <br> Reporting the matter to the Advertising Standards Authority, the investigation concluded a ruling which ordered Umbani to remove all **** advertising and to cease promoting standard AGM batteries as gel batteries, with immediate effect. 3 Weeks later and they still have not comp****.<br> <br> After my repeated attempts to contact them, I am still unable to receive a refund or the correct product purchased.
