Excellent Service

I needed replacement solar tubes for my solar geyser. I measured the tubes and emailed an enquiry to Umbani Solar. Isaac phoned me back and quoted me. I accepted the quote, paid over the payment and then sat back and waited for delivery. Isaac arrived a few days later, with the tubes. It turned out I measured incorrectly and the tubes wouldn't work for my geyser. Isaac took a sample back with him and sourced me the correct tubes. He then delivered them to me and left a very happy, loyal customer behind. Not only was Isaac one of the only solar companies who actually provide replacement parts (most of them sell and install but refuses to service their customers) but he also kept me updated throughout the process.
