Does not honor warranty or try to deliver

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for Isaac to test and swap out batteries that failed in the warranty period. Isaac repeatedly promises to test the batteries or phone me back in a day, but never does. Ignores my calls, except to tell me he cannot speak to me now, and he will call me back.
