Worst ever !!!!!

please advise on 22 December 2020, my father phone rene for a faulty coil. Rene advise to go back and Vinine advise him to buy a new one, because of the fact that they are closing foe December and only opens 11 January 2021. Refund will be done 11 January 2021, now that we took back the coil for a refund ,Vivienne at Ermelo spares refuse to give the money back and we have save the slip of the faulty coil and the new coil. I just need the Ceo or Customer service Manager to please phone Jan Visagie at +***5 so that we can get our money back.
