Refund payment

I've been trying now for nearly two months to get my full refund for a school fee payment I've made in error to Ermelo Privaat Akademie school. The person dealing with the school's finances, Gideon Taljaard has been very difficult to track down or to get him to respond to my messages left or emails sent. The one time I did manage to get hold of him on the phone he promised to pay my full refund into my account the following week, no payment was received. After sending him yet another email asking about my money there was at last a payment in my account but NOT the full amount..?? I've since tried endlessly trying to get hold of him at least hoping for an explanation...but nothing...<br> <br> After empty promises, messages left, unanswered emails and ignored phone calls I am now fed-up spending more money trying to get my money back than what the actual amount was for. <br> <br> Its very unfortunate that it had to come to this where I have to complain on Hello Peter, but what other option did they leave me?
