Refund paid to wrong person, not getting MY money

I've been trying endlessly to get Gideon Taljaard to refund me for a refund mistake he made by refunding the WRONG Mrs Geyer! He is still ignoring me and refusing to pay me back my money. I was told that I must get the refund myself from the \wrong"Mrs Geyer?!!!! This has NOTHING to do with me! HE didn't check the banking details and made the payment in error and HE should be the one to rectify it!<br> <br> I'm in the process of taking legal action no matter if this will cost me more than the amount in question"
