Bad service

On the 28th of December 2022 I went to a Capitec in Ermelo Mall the ques was very long I waited for a long along with with customers I went to the lady who was managing the quematic system at the time i asked why was the customers not informed of was going she gave attitude and looked the other let me talk to myself fortunately a gentleman came and assisted but lady continued being rude this is not way to treat paying customers Capitec please deal the service we get at that Branch
