Terrible service

Hi Ermerlo inn is a terrible place to stay for being the only hotel in the area. Their rooms are dusty only 1 bathtowel per 4 sleeper. The staff are unhelpful and not willing to help. On the whole it's not a pleasant stay at all. Very disappointing for an African sky hotel and spa resort.
