Rude; *********** and unapologetic staff and manager

Checked it on the 13th of September around 20:30 got my key;had supper then hit the bed. At exactly 1:26 am; I was woken up by a gentleman who had gained access to my room with a key. Decided to report the matter to reception (the gentleman and myself), the guy went through the system and found that the room was neither in my name nor the gentleman's name. I demanded an apology for such an inconvenience but the guy simply said it's not his fault and therefore did not apologise. Went back to sleep; spoke to the manager in the morning and she casually said "I'll investigate the matter and call you", didn't even bother to apologise for the incompetence of her staff nor the fact that my life was put in danger;the guy could have easily ****d me or worse.
