Poor Service.

No toilet paper in room upon arrival. Only a hand towel no bath towels. Only 1 x 500ml water per room to make coffee. Very dusty and dirty! Breakfast not included. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is very poor service. I would rate this place overall not even a 1 star! Drains blocked and ****roaches are all over the room. This is so disgusting. Staff not trained and capable to perform their duty. Regards Juanita and Ashley Mackenzie
