Admin clerk swears at patient

Im am fuming the treatment i got from admin clerk who works with mva files yesterday,instead of helping he sweard at me and told me im nothing i dont scare him. Even after requesting superior he told me to ger her myself....came back to gauteng empty handed! Is this how we should be treated a public sectors have his pic because he didnt have name tag.
