Early registration but still rejected.

I was relocated to ermelo from witbank in July I went to ermelo hoer school for registrations around August in September 2018 I got an SMS that he was not accepted , when I went there to query it they told me that they starting with children around ermelo area first I was referred to Department of education to see Sharon she took my name and child details told me I'll be on waiting list,on Monday 8/01/2019 I went back to hope school they told me that they must finish with waiting list I'm not even on that list but I must wait until school re open after counting all learner's they'll give me outcome no call was made I had to go back for feed back still my son is rejected had to go back to Dept of education found a lady by the name Zanele the was no positive feedback she said we must wait I can take even 3 month for my son to be accepted what about in a mean time what's gonna happen to my son,what was the point of early registration if they won't accept them.
