Audi A4 Damaged

The car had deep scratches running in parallel down both the driver's door and the passenger door on the same side. The mirror on that side has also been scratched.<br> These scratches and the dents were NOT on my car when it went to the mechanic at S A Swiss.<br> S A Swiss had the car collected by Erlemann's Gearbox Engineering, who replaced my gearbox.<br> When I went to fetch the car now, they used the collection inspection sheet from their driver to tell me that the marks were there.<br> The Driver's Vehicle Check List was not completed in my presence, as the car was fetched from the mechanic's workshop.<br> On top of all this, the car hadn't even been washed - I just spent R 43,000.00 and they couldn't even wash the car!!!
