ERIS Property Group- Cashflow Issues ?????

Is there a cashflow issue at ERIS ??? We vacate a rented premises at Bentley Office Park end of November 2021. We received a clear exit inspection. Four months later and still not received our rental deposit. Property Administrator Davinia Hamilton seem to be unable to manage the refund. Is there any senior person that can attend to this issue ?????
