A sad one out of five

<p>I went to the spa a few months ago, and decided i would never go back. I had a waxing appointment, and the the****** did not know what she was doing and used the incorrect wax. I have been waxing for 7 years now, and it was a very very unpleasant experience. You could see she had little experience and i questioned if she had ever waxed someone before. </p>
