Hi <br> <br> I bought the bed in February 28/02/2015 from Ericson cash the bed was not in good condition from day 1<br> <br> I phoned the following day after delivery I spoke to Gwen I told her that I am not happy about the bed because <br> <br> it does not look like a new bed and there is sound that is coming on when you sleep on it and she said I must come over the weekend and bring the invoice so that she can tell the people from the factory.<br> <br> I went there I gave her the invoice she said I must call after a week for the feed back ,after a week I phoned her <br> she said she is still waiting for Devin to came to her <br> <br> A month late again I phone her she told me the same story waiting for the feed back from Devin<br> <br> after two weeks I went to the shop again she said no feed back and she said she is email again to Devin<br> <br> In May or June I phoned again I spoke to Jolene she told me that Gwen is no longer working with them ok<br> <br> I went to the shop to demand my money because I bought that bed because I was tired with my old bed<br> <br> Jolene gave me the number for factory mananger Devin to call him now today they phoned that I did damage my bed so its my loss .<br> <br> Mathilda Kekana
