Terrible service and quality

This store has been a horrible experience, we went to view a bunk bed, the lady that assisted said the bed is 2300 including the mattresses, when I called to book the bed to buy it they said its 2300 without the mattresses, I told the lady that is not what I advised and she said with an attitude it's noted on the bed, eventually my dad had to get involved and they said they will give us the bed for 2600, when we got there they had swapped out the mattresses with cheaper ones and when I told them these were not the mattresses that was there to view the bed, Joline then said with an attitude well these are the mattresses we giving you because we covering the other cost of the mattress Joline was the worst gave the worst customer service. Eventually we called head office and they said they should give us the other mattresses for the 2600. When the bed arrived it was raw wood which we had to stain as the wood would dry out if you don't, assembling the bed, one of their *****s didn't fit and it snapped the one wood piece on the side, they use cheap wood and their service is so terrible, i would never go to them they post my future business
