selling second hand stock

On Saturday 23/05/2020 I went to Ericssons mattress and Pine Dewilgers Pretoria East to purchase x2 single bed mattress and a carpet we were assisted by Louise very nice lady very helpful once we were done with the payment they loaded x2 single mattress and a carpet at the back of my bakkie we drove home .When we got home we noticed one of the mattress was not proof sealed on the other end. It was sealed with a clear buff tape. Mh wife and I opened it and to our disappointment we found a dirty old second hand mattress. I for one was so disappointed. We felt ****** we had to drive back to the store to exchange the mattress, the service that I got before was just a smoked screen cause when I arrive to exchange the mattress it was as if I was a **** I was very disappointed .
