Impeccable service!

Impeccable service to say the very least! In the last two months I have been dropped badly by two other big furnishers when ordering a headboard. Despite being in the stores and physically pointing out what I want, the delivered product was all wrong. And correction would have taken up to 8 additional weeks in one instance. I then found Ericssons in Centurion and ordered a headboard (and dining room chairs while at it). Staff was friendly and always there to help. The time to delivery took 3 weeks as promised and the items was the correct ones. They agreed to deliver on Saturday for me and the items was well wrapped for protection against dust, moisture, and scratching. Thank you Ericssons for restoring my faith in customer service once again! You run your business efficiently and with pin point accuracy. Tack så mycket!
