EXCELLENT OVERALL SERVICE

Ordered 2 x mattresses online which i paid for. Not sure if the transaction had gone through.<br> Phoned Boksburg, lady took my details and told me somebody from Pretoria working with it will phone me back.<br> Received a call within about 10 minutes - informed me that nothing came through - but as soon as it came though she will phone me back. Later that day i received the call confirming my purchase and payment.<br> I was told that Boksburg has to check stock - if none they will order, but she will keep me posted.<br> The same day i received another call informing that they don't have stock but ordered and that they scheduled delivery for Friday.<br> I once again received a call informing me that they will only receive the goods on Friday and if in order if they deliver on the Monday. <br> We made arrangement for Monday and that they would phone me 30 minutes before scheduled delivery to give me enough time to get home from work.<br> I received the call and the goods were delivered.<br> WELL DONE!! <br> THIS IS SERVICE EXCELLENCE.<br> OTHER COMPANIES CAN TAKE A PAGE OUT OF YOUR BOOK.<br> I WILL DEFINITELY SUPPORT THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY<br> <br>
