Excellent Customer Service - Ericssons Mattress and Pine – Centurion

My Son recently moved to Centurion and I needed to purchase a Cloud 9 Bed set and a double mattress for him. I checked Cloud 9 suppliers over the Internet that were close to his new residence and found Ericssons Mattress and Pine.

I contacted the Manager, Mr. Roeloff who was willing to assist and he sent me a quote. I made the payment and followed up a week before the bed set needed to be delivered. Mr Roeloff's and his team assured me that the bed will be delivered on time.

On the day of the delivery I spoke to Debbie who confirmed the time that the bed and mattress will be delivered and informed me that the delivery team will call me 30 minutes prior to delivery. As promised the bed set and mattress was delivered on time on the day my son moved in.

Due to the choice of the mattress I had chosen, it was very hard and I approached Mr Roeloff who helped me choose the correct mattress that would suit my wives sleeping posture and mine. The mattress was delivered and we are enjoying the comfort of the new mattress.

I was very impressed with the professional service received from Ericssons Mattress and Pine (Centurion). Mr Roeloff and his team are not only there to sell their customers a bed but to build relationships. In my experience, Mr. Roeloff is customer centric and understands how to make his customers happy. This work ethic has been entrenched to all staff that work at the Centurion Branch.
