Excellent Customer and Service Delivery

May I take this opportunity to thank Sherene from Ericssons, Boksburg Branch for her exceptional service. I was totally impressed because my husband and I visited the Store about 6 months ago and she remembered us and exactly what we were looking for. She is very polite, proficient and knows her products. We felt very certain that we made the right choice of purchase. I also noticed that as we entered the Store there are other Sales Representatives awaiting to assist which for me is excellent Customer Service which one does not receive very often. It is always a pleasure visiting Ericssons, Boksburg because there is such a welcoming feeling when you enter the Store. The Staff are good at what they do because they are managed by a good Manager, Val. Most Managers expect their Staff to fulfil their duties, but she assisted in capturing the transaction. For me the way one Manages their Staff shows that the Staff are happy and enjoy what they are hired to do and receive positive results. They also promised to deliver the purchased items on a particular day and that was also fulfilled. Their delivery staff were also pleasant and polite. We will definitely refer family and friends because of the wonderful experience received and will also be back for any further purchases as the need arises. Well done to Val, Sherene and the rest of the Staff at Ericssons, Boksburg for always excelling beyond our expectations. I have written a review on their website as well.
