Ericsson furniture not impressed at all with the item I bought .

I bought a prince wardrobe it was delivered on the 28th December hardly a week the board has come out. Spoke to the people A lady by the name of Val she told me they will not replace the wardrobe but send someone to have a look ..the previous person on email advised this will have to be replaced because it's not even 10 days since they delivered this..till now I am waiting I am very hurt and disappointed my saved up money to buy myself new wardrobe only to end up with such I don't even know if it's second hand or what to call it.
