Disrepectful Service

<p>In the last 5 months since December 2016 I have spent over R22,000 buying beds and cloud nine mattresses from Ericssons in Pretoria Lynwood Road. The last delivery was my own Queen Bed with its Cloud Nine mattress. The bed was broken. The mattress not what the advert says it is. Upon complaining the bed was replaced with a good one. They are playing games with the mattress. Instead of replacing it, they brought the same make. With my left hand I am able to squash the edge...The top meets the bottom in my hand. It's a Medi Rest mattress...I don't get support sitting on the edge of it. I wake up tired because of the faulty make. I paid R3,400 for this one mattress. The others are as firm as a rock...supportive and restful when you sleep on them. </p>
