did not even take goods but paid

I went to but 3 items from polokwane to pTA they did not have a black cubourd so had to wait 4 weeks they called they had it stained for me I went to collect it -rented a trailer and all from polokwane - got there the workmanship was unacceptable. You need to pay the full price then they go fetch the item - so now they can not refund me till they have enough cash in the till - I ask you been a week already - they owe me over 3300. have sent emails but they just dont come to light all i want is teh cash back into cheq account at absa
