Collecting Stock

Good Day

I bought a bedroom suite for the kids room at your Centurion branch including a mattress, i was told there is no stock at the Centurion branch of the bedroom suite and that they only have the mattress in Centurion so i was informed that the Lynnwood branch had stock of it and i could collect it there. When arriving at the Lynnwood branch i was help by one of the guys behind the sales desk and i informed them i was here to collect some stock i bought in the Centurion branch, i suspect he was one of the mangers and got one of the guys to go fetch the stock.

The guy who was bring the stock from the back also was damaging the stock when putting it down and when i asked him to please change the one he damaged he then had a serious stinking attitude and was rude and speaking to while having a ***** in his mouth even his body language was UN-acceptable, it was like i was PEST for buying something at your store. The manager did not even do anything about it that's the worst.

This is the worst customer service i have received in a long lime and you logo on you store says " NOBODY BEATS OUR PRICES!! NOBODY BEATS OUR SERVICE!!" Please explain the Service?

I have spent a lot of money in your stores in the past.

Well i will never ever shop by you and will also inform any one who wants to shop there about my experience.
