After sales services - No communication with regards to feedback on delivery date.

I bought a Double mattress and base. Full payment (deposit paid 14.11.2020 + full payment 27.11.2020) Struggling to get feedback on when they will be able to deliver my mattress and base. Phone everyday for the past 3 days. First day knowone came back to me / 2 day I was told that they will follow up with the rep and let me know - no call back / 3 day sales staff told me that they will only speak with the supplier as a general request on when they will be able have stock and deliver my mattress and base. When I paid a deposit I was told they have stock and they will secure my mattress and base set.
