Eric's Garden services really bad

I never seen such bad service, they don't arrive at the agreed times. They don't pitch up without prior notification. Neither the owner Eric nor his other personal return our calls. In respect of me giving numerous and sufficient time to improve their service they still don't comply.<br> One can understand a problem like for example breakdown of the truck or even sickness. But to bluntly just ignore a customer is not on.<br> If they can't handle the heat, they should not have a business. Customer focus is what let a business succeed or fail. <br> Pick up your socks.
