Bad experience from service provider

<p>Bad experience from service provider Ericos Unity Gate. I requested a quote for the windows and a door aluminium burglars doors for my newly renovated home. Ericos , the owner indeed came and quote us. Next we arranged for the payment and when to start. I waited for full two months for my burglars to be fitted. Guess what!! Ericos made burglars from steel material- the one that scratches you when wash your windows, secondly I requested sliding ones but what he brought to us was totally different!!. On top of that he was defenfing himself saying that he did nothing wrong and can go and defend himself in court of law and would not rectify his mistake . What a huge loss for us. What I want to say to customers ESPECIALLY THE ONES RESIDING IN SOWETO pllease be careful of such people. I believe he does not know what he is doing. Maybe the business is not even contributing to our tax.. </p>
