Poor service at Eric motor Stanger Street

This place is managed in appropriate management uns****ed and non professional . I have been told by the manager of this store that he put a new spares in my car but he could not showed me the invoice of the spares that he replaced or i instructed him not to buy any spare for my car . If there is any spare needed he has to give me a quote and i will buy on my own . Even though i paid for the service and spare a week after my car has the same bad experienced as no spare was put in. My car was poorly repaint a lots of marks even in my glass and couple over painting . When i took the car i was not happy about the service and raised the issues . I brought my car to him days after to show him even after washing and cleaning you may see that the car is not well painted . He asked me to come on the weekend . I choose saturday since friday i had some activities . On saturday the manager was not around i have tried to phone him he cut of the phone during our conversation then i phone again he does not to pick up the call . I phoned several times same still . He refused to pick up . All the money spend on this Eric motor was just a waste of time . First of i have been told that the job will be done in 3 days time but i will say i could not even take my family out on christmas day because the car was not ready and it was already a weak . They don't write the job cart down and during the service they don't do fully service as required when you are complaining they will change the job cart to say you never request this , you only request for that . Then mis understand in order to be charged again . I will never advise this Eric Motor at Stanger street in Durban .
