Do not trust this man, he makes out he is a lawyer and he is just taking advantage of people’s awkward situation! I was referred to this so called lawyer ( from an inmate ) who was paid a commisison for referring me to the lawyer !!! This is how he gets his business amongst other non professional ways of acquiring new work. Long story short , he overcharges, beware of the bill , as it will be much more than you were advised ! He triple charged me for doing very little ! After charging me over 300,000 Rand , he then kept the bail money that was placed into account , 100,000 Rand ( this should have been paid into a trust account ) but as Eric doesn’t do things by the book , he kept the money and just shrugged off request after request to pay 100k back ! The case has now gone to lawyers disciplinary dept , but this will take months to sort out! Eric used to be a bookmaker , now lawyer , so he is praying on people who are desperate ! But really he is not on your side when he doesn’t pay back deposits that have been paid to him. Don’t TRUST him or you might end up in the same situation as me
