Feedback on complaint /Issue Resolved

On the 13th February 2014 I posted a report on the Queenswood Eric Barnard store re a purchase of a sleeper couch. On Saturday February 14th, the MD of the company Mr Marius Barnard contacted us regarding the complaint to discuss it. He agreed to arrange for collection of the couch which was done on Monday February 16th and to pass a credit. We have received a full credit. Thank you to Mr Barnard for the prompt response and resolution on this matter.
