Great service and risk free buying

<p>I ordered a Net One high back chair. It was comfortable, but perhaps not perfect for tall people.</p> <p>Well after their 30 day money back gaurantee period, I wrote a review when prompted stating that while the chair is good, I would prefer the seat to be deeper.</p> <p>They rep**** and offered to send me a new chair with an adjustable seat depth, which had since become standard, free of charge.</p> <p> </p> <p>The new chair I received is great for tall people as well.</p>
