FREE REPAIRS - ALMOST 5 YEARS AFTER PURCHASE

I bought an Ergotherpy chair to reduce discomfort while working after back surgery. I thought it was purchased a couple of years ago and was expecting to pay for repairs. On emailing the company I had immediate response with the great news that they have a 5 year guarantee on the product I bought - almost unheard of, and that the would repair the chair free of charge. A gold star to a company who value their clients even if they only purchase one item from them!!! Thank you!
