After my post yesterday regarding Spectramed Medical Aid, I was contacted very promptly by a lady from Ergometrix called Naomi to try and sort the issue out regarding the payment from Spectramed that was outstanding.<br> I finally got the correct information from Naomi that led to Spectramed wanting to blacklist me.<br> <br> Thank you Ergometrix for coming back to me, and still no response from Spectramed. It is very upsetting that a company can easily hand over an account without contacting the consumer and explaining the issues that are wrong. Due to Spectramed handing over accounts in November for another party to deal with, my account got struck off from being a debit order to all of a sudden an EFT (yet the other 2 account linked for Debit order with Spectramed remained the same, only mine along the way got \changed\")<br> If Spectramed took the time to contact their consumers, these issues could of been dealt with correctly.<br> <br> Thank you Naomi from Ergometrix for doing the job that should of been done in the first place by Spectramed."
