Ergometrix - ********** BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have been off the LIberty Medical Aid for 3 years now. Naomi from Ergometrix contacted me recently saying that I owe an amount. I have requested statements from Liberty and according to LIberty I do not owe anything. She sends smses and emails threatening to list me on ITC etc. I have just spoken to Liberty once again who confirmed that I do not owe them anything. When I called her, I am told that " Liberty are wrong, their departments do not work together and that according TO HER I owe an amount" I asked her why she does not call LIberty (her suppose client) and her response is " why would she" When I ask more questions, she hangs up the phone. This is clearly some one man show operating from home and I do not believe for one second a company like LIberty would make use of such a person who only claims to know more about their business than they do.</p>
