Bad Customer Service

<p>i had a discussion this morning with a lady by the name of Anette Louw, the lady is very rude, she interrupts while your are speaking, raising her voice and refuses to transfer a call to her superior, all I wanted to do was to speak to her boss due to the amount they were asking had a lot of interests and costs that could not be justified, she eventually tried turning the tables around and make me the guilty party, her conduct leaves a lot to be disired, you don't raise your voice on a customer and try and bully them, I don't wish for anyone out there to have any dealings with this company </p>
