very rude manner

ergometric phoned me now the lady Ronenell Visser is a very rude person does not want to listen what i have got to say . she threatened me and told me i must speak clearly over the phone . then i was told that i have an bad attitude . it is not my fault that spectremed is fast a sleep . this company is bad news and will be taking further action agianst these poeple maybe if you talk to poeple like they are not ********* you will get more right
