Lost property

We moved to a retirement house and used this company to tile the floors and kitchen. Sadly we discovered that they helped themselves to our provisions. When I took up the problem with the owner of Ergo Projects he agreed to replace the lost items. After replacing one of the five items, he then started to accuse me of taking my own stuff.
