Chasing customers away

To whom it may concern

I have to tell you how disappointed I am in the experience last night. We were having dinner and half way through our main course, at 10pm all the lights in the restaurant went on and the waiters starting cleaning and making a huge noises.

This is unacceptable for a restaurant of your stature. We have not even finished our meal and they called last rounds, you are not a pub!

And ontop of it I had an international guest with me who couldn’t believe his eyes!

What an embarrassment!
