Erasmus Motaung Inc drags their feet when they are assisting BLACK people

I am having a hard time getting help from the lawyers at Erasmus Motaung Inc. In 2018 we purchased the house at Roodepoort North, we are a black family the sellers are white family. We went and view the house at evening with the agent Beverly who ensured us that every thing in the house was perfectly fine. When went around the house every room was freshly painted and Bev, the sells agent highlighted that as if it was a great thing that we found an owner who did painted the whole house. Early this year, the paint started wearing off, mind, you we are a young couple who is hardly at home due to our line of work. When the President announced the 21days of lockdown in March we started working from so is everyone in the country. As we spent a lot of time at home we noticed that the structure of the house has cracks and that is the reason why the house was freshly painted upon purchase, the roof was leaking and the plumbing was a mess. Noticing this disturbing process I contacted our lawyer who advise that we bring the matter to the lawyers who assisted with the purchase. I first contacted Bev who advised that we talked to the lawyers. I emailed a lawyer who assisted when purchasing the house, his name is Ryan Van Rooyen, he asked that we sent pictures of the wall we sent the pictures and that was in April. I told him nobody told us about these crack they told us everything was perfect. He said we need to get an engineer to check the house, we can't afford that as one of us lost a job. We fixed the leaking roof that nobody told us about, when I did the follow up with Ryan he went quiet, kept on checking he told me that he was waiting for the response from the previous owners with was in May, I sent an email again this time he doesn't respond and he is not at the office. When I call Erasmus Motaung office they telling me that they transferring my call to him but the phone rings unanswered. I want to know had it been white people would he have done or treat them the way he is treating us, and if he can't seem to be able to assist black people with a sense of urgency csn he kindly refer us to people who will be able to assist us because this house will collapse soon because the cracks are bad.
