VERY DISAPPOINTED GUEST

Very pricey,R899 a night, no breakfast included, if you want breakfast,they open at 9am (,the waffle shop next door),where they charge a random fee of R100 per person,when you get to the waffle shop,they know nothing of the payment made to the hotel owner ,Rashad,they dont even prepare the order as per your requirements,arrogant Malawian chef, Then there is no reception area or receptionist at the hotel foyer,if you require anything, you have to hunt for " Moosa" the caretaker, who makes promises but does not deliver on these promises like basics,no toilet paper,no tea coffee sachets refills,the bedding is dirty,taps are broken,aircon remote gets transferred from one room to another, no batteries to provide,TV has no volume buttons,room gets cleaned after 3pm although there are hardly any guests staying there,wifi signal poor in some rooms,toilet seats are not the correct size,no soap refills,no shower mats Really came in with high hopes but deeply disappointed.
