They failing to help me

It's almost the end of the year. I started working with them from end of January. I finished paying the amount the asked for end of April if I'm not mistaken. But till today no results worse part they don't call they respond to emails. They don't want to refund me. I don't know what to do cause I can see they failing to help me.
